IN HOME VIEWING
WE want to insure you love your artwork. Try any piece in your home risk free! If you live within 15 miles of the gallery, we will bring up to three artworks to your home and install them in various spots for you to view and decide if you love them enough to make your home their home. If you live outside that area we will still ship you artwork to try at home. You will need to purchase and pay for shipping but then you can live with them for up to 7 days and if you should decide they do not feel quite right return as described below.
we will delivery and install free of charge within 15 miles of the gallery. If you live within 15-25 miles of the gallery, the delivery and installation charge will be $100. Should you want your new artwork(s) shipped to your home or office elsewhere in the United States or in the World - Snap! - Consider it done! We promise to properly package and insure the works and find the best courier or shipping rate available. We will call you once the artwork is ready to ship and pass only that rate along to you (we never add a gallery surcharge). The shipping charges will need to be paid prior to the courier/shipping picking the work up from us.
We want to make sure you love your new piece of Art! Hence we’re introducing our easy and friendly return policy - try any piece of art in your home risk-free!
Making a return or exchange is easy. Simply notify us within 7 days of receiving your artwork and we will coordinate the return shipping with you.
Once we receive the artwork in its original condition, we’ll issue you a refund on the price of the art, minus a 10% administrative fee. We will pay for the return shipping if the shipment is within the continental USA.
Just make sure you’ve completed these 3 easy steps below:
STEP 1 – Within seven (7) days of receiving your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the artwork (to help us understand our customers better).
STEP 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to safely package the artwork for shipment.
STEP 3 – We will be contacting you once we receive your email and arrange a suitable time with our courier service to have the packaged artwork sent back to us.
Once the piece safely reaches us in its original condition, we will process your return and the amount owed (after the 10% administrative fee) will be refunded to you (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 14 business days of receiving the art work.
AFTER YOU HAVE YOUR CHOSEN ART
We will prepare a folder containing a letter of valuation for your new artwork(s) for insurance purposes along with the artist(s) resume and statement on the work and any press coverage he/she has received. This folder will help you learn more about your art and the artist(s) who created them and enable you to share with friends and family who visit and congratulate you on your great art tastes!
CONSULTING Should you find yourself in need of advice on other artwork(s) you are considering
(even those not coming from our gallery) feel free to reach out via telephone or email. We are happy to discuss them with you at no charge. We are also happy to assist in installation or re-hanging at your home if you are within 15 miles of New York City at no charge. Additionally, we are happy to visit a gallery or art fair with you to assist in your decision making. There is no charge if that visit occurs in New York City and a nominal $250 charge if it occurs at a fair elsewhere in the United States which we are also attending. We will even consider journey to a fair as your private consultant for a 48 hour period for a fee of $2000 to cover our airfare and room.
